Completion of Roads, Sewers and Foundation on a 355 unit housing site. Including 278 footway and road works
- 3500 m2 of Granite paving laid to London Borough of Southwark specifications
- 3000m2 of podium landscaping
- 600m of Woodscape planters including 500m3 of imported topsoil
- 600m2 of resin bonded paving
- 200m3 of tree root cells
- 50 lm of driven sheet piles and concrete retaining walls
- 750m2 of 278 (Public realm paving)
Situated in the heart of Mayfair the restoration of this Grade 2 listed former garage required similar care in the laying of Granite paving to the main entrance.
