Shackleton Way: Gallions Reach

This site was the completion of riverside landscaped areas as part the Gallions Quarter regeneration. This site required a mixture of heavy engineering works in the form of heavy gauge sheet piling and tie anchors, along with fair faced concrete works and hard landscaping. These works required the navigation of completed residential development and previously completed river wall retention works

• 500 m2 of heavy gauge sheet piling
• 300 lm of specialist ground retention tie anchors
• 100 m3 of concrete capping beams
• 400 m2 of decorative concrete
• 200 lm of drainage exceeding 3m deep
• 300 m3 of attenuation system
• 3000m3 of spoil removal
• 2000m3 of topsoil importation
