Founded by Jim Dowling 25 years ago, Curryhills has grown to offer a range of Groundworks construction services, for clients of different sizes requiring different needs. Curryhills operate within the Residential, Commercial, Public realm infrastructure, School, and Hospital sectors. We offer a full Groundwork spectrum on large, small and technically difficult projects.

Our management and leader ship team has many years of industry and professional experience in construction.

Stephen Corr

Stephen Corr has been with Curryhills since 2014 and is responsible for the daily operations. He has significant Civil engineering experience gained from stints with major UK contractors such as McNicholas. In addition Stephen offers technical and engineering capabilities to clients at both pre-contract and post contract stages.

John Fogarty - Operations

With over 25 years experience, gained in Civil Engineering and property development, John controls the management of current projects. This includes the planning and delivery required to satisfy our clients requirements.

Pawel Tarnawski - Engineering and Project Delivery

Pawel offers engineering excellence gained from many years experience and a Degree in Civil Engineering. He is now our site lead, providing engineering excellence, along with the management and the safe and successful delivery of projects.

Jamie Frankis - Business Development and Commercial

Jamie has many years experience gained from business ownership, major contractors and professional services. This is reinforeced with a Masters degree in Project Management, along with degrees in Business Management and Quantity Surveying. Jamie is responsible for client liason, estimating and commercial assurance.
